PARC Reston Condos were built in 1985 to be apartments. They were converted to condos in 2004. 1 and 2 Bedroom, 1 and 2 bathroom, condos on one and two floors. The condo fee covers the outdoor pool, clubhouse, fitness center, trash & snow removal. Some units have a wood burning fireplace. All units have upgraded kitchens, stainless steel appliances, and a washer / dryer. The 336 condos are across from the Spectrum Shopping center and north of Stratford. 82 condos are still apartments. 20 are owned by Fairfax County for low income housing. After a years time the apartments will soon be demolished in order to make way for Rennaisance to build a residential high rise begining in 2008.
