Carlton House Condos were built between 2004 & 2005. The smallest unit has no bedrooms and the largest has three bedrooms. Most units are one or two bedrooms. The amenities include a library, the gym & work out room for classes, computer room, conference room, billiards room, rooftop pool, rooftop barbeque patio, media room, a large top floor party room with great views of Reston and his + hers saunas. Calrton House seems to have more amenities than most developments and they are well laid out throughout the building on both the top level and the first floor. Other condos have a gym but only Carlton House has a work out room for yoga, dance classes and such. Other developments have a party room, but only Carlton House has top level room w/ great views of Reston. Although not the largest pool, only Carlton House has a rooftop pool. There is no size restrictions for pets however only one is allowed per unit. All units look quite similar inside with the same cabinets and granite in the kitchens. Bathroom vanities have granite tops. Kitchen floors have ceramic tile with either wood or cream carpet standard in each unit. The light fixtures, hall ways, balcony doors, windows all have a contemporary look. Although the building has gas for water heating, the stoves are all electric. The condo fee covers the outdoor rooftop pool, clubhouse, theater, master insurance policy, fitness center, trash & snow removal. The 279 condo units are located at the corner of Sunset Hills Rd and Reston Parkway.
